Aircraft Transfers
(costs are per person)

Maun Airport to Jedibe Airstrip: US$ 350 per person EACH way.

Kasane Airport to Jedibe Airstrip: US$ 575 per person EACH way.

Please note that the transfer time is approximately 40 minutes flying from Maun and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Kasane.
On arrival at the airstrip, you will be met and transferred by motor boat to Setari Camp taking approximately 1 hour.

General Notes

Rates include: Transfers to and from Jedibe Airstrip, unlimited safari activities, village trip, all meals, local drinks and laundry.  

Rates exclude: Items of a personal nature, premium brands and flights to and from Maun or Kasane.

Rates are quoted per person per night in US$.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Minimum of 2 night stay in HIGH & SHOULDER season. 

Child Policy

Children 6 years and older are welcome although we have a policy of only allowing children of 12 years and over on bushwalks and mekoros.

Children under 12 years will be permitted to go on boating safaris only. We will consider taking children under 6 years on request in Low and Mid season. Babysitting is available on request for our younger guests.

Family Room

Maximum 2 adults and 2 children - Each child between the age of 6 and 12 years pays 50% of adult rate.

Standard Room

Maximum 2 adults and 1 child up to 16 years old.
Child up to 12 years pays 50% of the rate when sharing with 2 adults.
Child over 13 years pays full adult rate.
Three adults not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

20% non-refundable deposit on confirmation.
60 days or less from date of travel 50% cancellation charge.
30 days or less from date of travel 100% cancellation charge.
