Safaris on Water

What better way to become acquainted with the Delta than on the water where it all happens! Boating trips are a fantastic way to explore the intricate waterways and immense flood plains.  


Mokoro Day Trips

We offer a chance to glide through the waters of the Okavango in a traditional Mokoro which is a dug-out canoe navigated by an expert poler. Spot the exquisite Malachite Kingfisher or marvel at the crystal clear waters.


In a nutshell:

  • We have 3 specially adapted boats, 2 of which have an upper deck when enable the guest to get a birds eye view over the delta

  • We have 5 Mokoros (traditional dug out canoes) 

  • 3 professional guides to accompany our guests and to impart their encyclopaedic knowledge

  • 5 polers to guide the Mokoros
